SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program (the “Program”) offered by Viva Vitality MN (“Viva Vitality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.



1. Program Description

When you opt in to the Program, we may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to your care and our clinic operations, including appointment confirmations and reminders, treatment follow-ups, responses to your questions, billing and payment reminders, and occasional clinic or wellness program updates.



2. Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in—in person at one of our clinics, over the phone, or through our booking, intake, or consent forms—you consent to receive text messages from Viva Vitality MN at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of receiving care.



3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with us.



4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan. Viva Vitality MN does not charge for the Program, but your carrier’s standard rates may apply.



5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any further text messages, unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START. You may also opt out by contacting any Viva Vitality MN staff member.



6. Help

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.



8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. For details on how we handle your information, see our SMS Privacy Statement and full Privacy Policy.



9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://www.vivavitalitymn.com, and your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
